2 medium granny Smith apples cored and cut in half
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tbsp of sugar free granola
Remove the core from the apple and slice horizontally into rings. Sprinkle the inside of the top ring of the apple sandwich with cinnamon and spread the bottom half of the apple ring sandwich with a couple of teaspoons of the almond butter. Place 10 raisins on top of the almond butter and sprinkle with sugar free granola. Enjoy!
