  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except egg whites.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold egg whites into dry mixture. Stir gently until dry mixture is coated.
  5. Turn oat and egg white mixture onto a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper ) and bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes, stirring every twenty minutes.
  6. Test to make sure granola is crunchy and remove from oven when ready.
  7. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
