Ingredients
  • 1 pc egg whole (separate the white from the yolk)
  • 1-2 tbsp cheese grated
  • pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp butter oil
Instructions
  1. Bring oven up to the temperature of 350 degrees F.
  2. Put the egg white in a bowl.
  3. Whip the egg white with an electric beater until it is coming to a firm peak.
  4. Fold the cheese into the egg white and add a pinch of salt.
  5. Put an oven safe saute pan on the stovetop and bring to temperature on medium heat.
  6. Put the oil or butter in the pan and make sure the bottom is coated with oil.
  7. Spoon the egg white into the center of the pan in a doughnut shape, leaving a hole in the middle.
  8. Place the oven safe saute pan in the oven and bake for 3 minutes.
  9. Take the pan out of the oven and put the yolk into the center of the egg white and put the pan back in the oven for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the yolk is done the way you like it.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
