2 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk (Plain)
2 tsp. instant coffee
0.0625 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt (pinch)
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp. Raw Chia Seeds
1) Mix the chia seeds and almond milk and let stand for about 10 minutes.
2) Add this mixture to a blender with the other ingredients and blend, on high, for about a minute.
3) Put this mixture in ice cube trays and freeze for about an hour.
4) Using only the cubes you need to make a drink, thaw the cubes slightly on the counter and then blend them on high for a slushy delight!
