1 1/4 cups strong fruit tea (I like mango)
3 1/2 oz of raisins
3 1/2 oz of chopped dried figs
3 1/2 pz of chopped dried apricots
2/3 cup of almond flour
2/3 cup of bread flour (I use organic)
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp of truvia
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp almond milk

1) Mix the tea and dried fruits in a saute pan and bring to a boil.
2) Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes (watch it that the tea doesn’t evaporate completely)
3) Let the tea and fruit cool for about ten minutes
4) Bring the oven to temperature at 350 F.
5) Grease and flour a loaf pan
6) Mix all ingredients in a bowl
7) Pour in loaf pan
8) Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
9) Cool on a wire rack
10) Cut into slices and serve with a hot beverage like tea
