1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup coconut water
2 Tablespoons full-fat coconut milk or cream
1/2 cup packed fresh spinach
1 teaspoon chia seeds
optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1) Place all ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
2) If you like, top with more fresh fruit, shredded coconut, or a tiki umbrella!
