1 slice wholemeal bread
1 teaspoon no-added sugar peanut butter
1 medium banana – sliced thinly
Ground cinnamon (optional)
1) Lightly toast the bread to your preferred degree of brownness.
2) Toast both sides or just one.
3) Spread the toast with the peanut butter and then top with the sliced banana.
4) Sprinkle with a little cinnamon if you fancy it.
