Ingredients
- 5 cups pineapple chunks (Partially thawed frozen; either fresh or frozen is fine)
- 15 ounce coconut milk can
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups with popsicle sticks, or ice cube trays with popsicle sticks.
- Allow to freeze.
- Enjoy!
