Apple and Almond Butter Snacks
These apple and almond butter sandwich snacks are and easy and delicious mid-day/after school snack. The combination of flavors reminds me of when I was a kid.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Remove the core from the apple and slice horizontally into rings.
  2. Sprinkle the inside of the top ring of the apple sandwich with cinnamon and spread the bottom half of the apple ring sandwich with a couple of teaspoons of the almond butter.
  3. Place 10 raisins on top of the almond butter and sprinkle with sugar free granola.
  4. Enjoy!
