Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Combine the pepper salt, paprika, cumin, oregano, and olive oil and mix well.
Wash lemons and thinly slice.
In a glass baking dish, place the chicken breasts bone-side down.
Evenly coat with spice mixture and then top with lemon slices.
ake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes until chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165F.
Place the baked chicken on a serving platter.
Serve the pan juices on the side.
Garnish with grilled peppers and oregano and enjoy!
