Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
These warm bites of tomato and cheese are delicious as a side dish to any entree. They also make a great snack. Use a smaller tomato to make 1/2 tomato poppers or use a larger tomato to create cheesy slices of goodness.

Ingredients

tomatoes
halved
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
1
tsp
Oregano
chopped (fresh)

salt
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Bake at 450 degrees F.
Place tomato 1/2s cut-side up on baking sheet and top with Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
