  1. Put the olive oil in a large saute pan and bring to temperature over medium-high heat
  2. Add the beef and cook until brown.
  3. Add the frozen vegetables
  4. Once the vegetables are soft, add the soy sauce.
  5. Continue to cook until to desired tenderness.
