  1. In a large salad bowl blend: Chop the cooked beets into cubes and add to bowl.
  2. Add all of the rest of the salad ingredients to the bowl
  3. For the dressing mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and blend well.
  4. Pour blended dressing mix over the salad and toss well
