  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease muffin tin.
  3. In food processor, combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed until thick, and creamy.
  4. Do not over-mix.
  5. Fill 12 muffins tins and bake for 18 to 20 minutes
  6. Use a toothpick to test muffins. the toothpick should come out clean when stuck in the center of the muffin.
  7. If not done, leave in 5 more minutes and test again.
