Broccoli Garlic Pasta
Nothing says delicious like a great pasta dish. This recipe is so versatile. I find that there are times that sauteing some fresh vegetables and adding them is a welcome addition of deliciousness that just makes this dish better.

Ingredients

shallots
diced

garlic

olive oil

milk
or milk substitute

pasta
uncooked

broccoli
steamed
parmesan
grated
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Over medium heat (in a saute pan) add the olive oil and bring to temperature and then cook the shallots and garlic.
Turn up the heat to medium-high.
Add the pasta, milk, and salt and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat back to medium and boil for 14 minutes, stirring every-so-often.
Lower heat to low and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more until the pasta is done and the sauce is reduced.
Add the broccoli and season with the Parmesan. Add pepper to taste.
