Chicken Cabbage Salad
I just made this Chicken Cabbage Salad last night - AMAZING! Very spicy and absolutely have to go back for seconds delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients

pc
Head Savoy Cabbage
sliced into thin strips

tbsp
sesame oil

tbsp
garlic
fresh and minced
1 1/4

ginger
fresh grated
1/4
tsp
bell pepper

tsp
salt

check breast
cut into strips

tamari sauce
(sugar-free)

Instructions
Put 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add sliced chicken and tamari sauce and cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through (about 5 to 8 minutes).
Set aside.
In a large pot place 2 tbsp of sesame oil and bring to temp on med heat.
Once the oil is hot, add cabbage, salt and pepper and stir until cabbage is wilted (about 8 minutes).
Add garlic and celery and stir for 2 minutes.
Add ginger and stir for 1 minute.
Take off heat and add lime juice and served immediately - cabbage on bottom and chicken on top. Enjoy!
