Chicken Cabbage Salad
I just made this Chicken Cabbage Salad last night - AMAZING! Very spicy and absolutely have to go back for seconds delicious! Enjoy!

  1. Put 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add sliced chicken and tamari sauce and cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through (about 5 to 8 minutes).
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large pot place 2 tbsp of sesame oil and bring to temp on med heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add cabbage, salt and pepper and stir until cabbage is wilted (about 8 minutes).
  6. Add garlic and celery and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Add ginger and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Take off heat and add lime juice and served immediately - cabbage on bottom and chicken on top. Enjoy!
