Feta and Olive Meatballs
Delicious feta cheese and olive meatballs that are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I love these in a meatball sandwich with sugar free marinara sauce. Yummmm!

Ingredients

lb
ground lamb
1/2
cup
fresh parsley
chopped

tbsp
onion
finely chopped
1/2
cup
feta cheese
crumbled
1/2
cup
green olives
chopped
2
pieces
eggs
1
tsp
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven broiler. Mix together ground lamb with parsley, onion, feta cheese, green olives, eggs, and Italian seasoning.
Shape into 16 meatballs, and place 2" apart on baking sheet.
Broil about 3 inches away from the heat until browned on top. Turn over, and broil on the other side.
