Ingredients

tea
strong fruit (I like mango)

oz
raisins
3 1/2
oz
figs
chopped dried
3 1/2
oz
apricots
chopped dried
2/3
cup
almond flour
2/3
cup
flour
bread (I use organic)

tbsp plus 2 tsp
truvia
1
tsp
baking powder

tbsp
almond milk
Instructions
Mix the tea and dried fruits in a saute pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes (watch it that the tea doesn't evaporate completely)
Let the tea and fruit cool for about ten minutes
Bring the oven to temperature at 350 F.
Grease and flour a loaf pan
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Pour in loaf pan
Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Cool on a wire rack
Cut into slices and serve with a hot beverage like tea
