Ham, Cheese, Spinach and Asparagus Omelet
How about a hearty helping of vitamins C, A, E, and K? Never mind getting a healthy dose of B2, B12, and calcium. This is the breakfast to do just that. This Ham, Cheese, Spinach and Asparagus Omelet is the bomb!

  1. Put butter in a saute pan and bring to temperature over low heat.
  2. Add the asparagus and turn heat to medium.
  3. Turn the spears a cook for about two minutes or until they start to brown.
  4. Remove the asparagus, chop finely, and set aside.
  5. Mix the eggs, cream, and spinach in a bowl.
  6. Heat 2nd teaspoon of butter in the saute pan at low heat.
  7. Next, the egg mixture goes into the saute pan,
  8. Cook it until the mixture starts to bubble.
  9. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on the omelet and then place the slices of ham across the omelet.
  10. Sprinkle the other 1/2 of the cheese and the asparagus on the omelet.
  11. Cover the pan and cook for another minute or two until the omelet is done.
  12. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
