Orange and Berry Salad Dressing

Ingredients
For the Dressing:

berries
fresh or frozen

tbsp
orange juice
(fresh squeezed)

grapeseed oil

Dijon mustard

salt

water
For the Salad:
1
bunch
kale
(or spinach)

orange
1/3
cup
almonds
sliced
pinch
black pepper
Instructions
For the Dressing:
Blend all the dressing ingredients together.
Add more or less water to achieve the right consistency.
For the salad:
Wash kale (or spinach) thoroughly.
Chop kale (or spinach) into small bite-size pieces.
Take rind off orange and slice into chunks.
To assemble salad:
Place kale (or spinach) on a plate.
Add the almonds, oranges slices, and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Serve with the desired amount of dressing.
