butternut squash
(roasted and cubed)

fresh spinach

Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a saucepan, boil water with oats
Stir occasionally until creamy and thick.
Mix in spinach.
Remove from the stovetop and add spices, squash, and pepper and salt to taste.
Serve with the fried egg on top.
