Instructions
Combine spinach, apples, walnuts, blueberries, and cheese in a salad bowl.
Separately, in a food processor, blend olive oil, water, poppy seeds, wine vinegar and watermelon.
Once the dressing is pureed, add salt and pepper to taste and serve on the side. Enjoy!
