SEASONING MIX FOR THE TACO MEAT:

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD:
Taco meat

Mixed greens
per person (Re-fried Mexican style beans warmed in a pan)

fresh tomatoes
(diced) per person

cup
cheddar cheese
(shredded) per person

onions
(diced) per person

Sour Cream

Instructions
DIRECTIONS TO PREPARE TACO MEAT:
Place ground beef and seasonings in a large skillet and blend.
Cook over medium heat until meat starts to brown.
DIRECTIONS FOR TACO SALAD: (LAYER AS FOLLOWS)
3 tbsp of warmed re-fried beans spread on plate
Next layer is greens
Then meat - 1/2 cup per person
Then diced tomatoes
Then onions
Then cheese
Then salsa
Then sour cream
Then ENJOY!
