16-ounce pkg of frozen strawberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
1 mashed ripe banana, OR 1 cup pureed ripe pineapple
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Blend the banana or pineapple and strawberries together in a blender or food processor, pulsing to coarsely chop. Mix the lemon juice and yogurt in a separate bowl and then gradually pour the yogurt mixture into the blender or food processor. When the mixture is smooth put in freezer for at least an hour to firm up. Take it out an let it soften a bit before serving.
