1 baguette, gluten-free if necessary
4 heirloom tomatoes
1 bunch basil
extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
flaked sea salt
ground black pepper
1) Prepare the baguette by slicing lengthwise and then quarter the slices and toast.
2) When the baguette slices are a golden brown, top the toast with thin slices of heirloom tomato, chopped fresh basil, and salt and pepper.
3) For the final touch, drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
