Cheesy Spicy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Savory mushrooms stuffed with sausage are a holiday tradition at my house. These are great served game day, turkey day, or any day!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Bring the oven to temperature at 350 degrees F.
  2. Hollow out the mushroom caps.
  3. Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
  4. Put the mushroom caps in the baking dish.
  5. I a saute pan, brown the sausage.
  6. Stir all of the pastes into the sausage.
  7. Season to taste
  8. Put the cream cheese and sausage mixture into a blender or food processor
  9. Blend well.
  10. Place a spoonful of sausage mixture in each mushroom cap.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes
  12. Remove from oven
  13. Sprinkle with chili pepper and garnish with parsley.
  14. Serve.
