Ingredients
- 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms destemmed
- 12 oz pork sausage
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp basil paste
- 1 tsp parsley paste
- 2 tsp chili paste
- 8 oz cream cheese soft
- pinch Chili flakes
- parsley garnish
Instructions
- Bring the oven to temperature at 350 degrees F.
- Hollow out the mushroom caps.
- Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
- Put the mushroom caps in the baking dish.
- I a saute pan, brown the sausage.
- Stir all of the pastes into the sausage.
- Season to taste
- Put the cream cheese and sausage mixture into a blender or food processor
- Blend well.
- Place a spoonful of sausage mixture in each mushroom cap.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Sprinkle with chili pepper and garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
