Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts boneless skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets frozen
- 1 can mushroom soup (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream
- 1 cup water plus 2 Tbsp
- 1-1/2 cups white rice instant, uncooked
- 1 cup cheese shredded mild like mozzarella
Instructions
- Cook and stir the chicken in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, on medium-high heat, 2 to 3 min. Or until evenly browned.
- Add broccoli, soup and water; stir.
- Bring to boil. Stir in rice; sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and simmer on low heat 5 min.
