Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds shelled
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds shelled
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Goji berries
- 1/4 cup blueberries dehydrated (or raisins)
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt salt
- 3 pcs egg white large
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except egg whites.
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into dry mixture. Stir gently until dry mixture is coated.
- Turn oat and egg white mixture onto a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper ) and bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes, stirring every twenty minutes.
- Test to make sure granola is crunchy and remove from oven when ready.
- Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
