Instructions
- Bring oven up to the temperature of 350 degrees F.
- Put the egg white in a bowl.
- Whip the egg white with an electric beater until it is coming to a firm peak.
- Fold the cheese into the egg white and add a pinch of salt.
- Put an oven safe saute pan on the stovetop and bring to temperature on medium heat.
- Put the oil or butter in the pan and make sure the bottom is coated with oil.
- Spoon the egg white into the center of the pan in a doughnut shape, leaving a hole in the middle.
- Place the oven safe saute pan in the oven and bake for 3 minutes.
- Take the pan out of the oven and put the yolk into the center of the egg white and put the pan back in the oven for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the yolk is done the way you like it.
- Serve and enjoy!
