Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks frozen
- 1/2 pc banana frozen
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 2 Tablespoons coconut milk full-fator, cream
- 1/2 cup spinach packed fresh
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
- If you like, top with more fresh fruit, shredded coconut, or a tiki umbrella!
