Ingredients
- 2 slices ham cooked (lean)
- 2 slices gouda cheese
- 2 pcs onions small, washed thinly sliced
- 1 tsp mayo sugar-free
- 1 pc wrap gluten free - I like spinach wraps myself
Instructions
- Place the wrap on your plate.
- Put down a thin layer of mayonnaise on the wrap and then layer the cheese, ham, and onion.
- Roll the wrap up into a log and cut into it sized pieces across the log.
- Enjoy!
