Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo cooked
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons dill (chopped) or 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (I like to use freshly ground black pepper)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl and serve! Enjoy!
