Ingredients
- 1 cup mango chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- pinch Saffron crushed (or substitute ground Cardamom)
- Saffron Threads sprinkle of Cardamom to top off
Instructions
- Wash, peel and cube the Mango.
- Add all ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a few strands of Saffron or a sprinkle of Cardamom and enjoy!
