Ingredients
- 2 pcs sliced bread gluten free (I like Rudi's)
- 1 pc banana small ripe and sliced
- 1 tbsp chocolate unsweetened
Instructions
- Spread a slice of gluten free bread with a good amount of peanut butter.
- Then, top with sliced bananas.
- Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave on 50 power for 15 seconds and then 5 seconds repeated until melted.
- Let cool to a pasty consistency
- Top the bananas with the chocolate mixture and 2nd slice of bread.
- Enjoy.
