There is something absolutely wonderful about the compact goodness of these Roasted Brussel Sprouts. These roasted bites of goodness have just the right combination of flavor from the browning process and the seasoning to make them an amazing compliment to any entree.
Ingredients
- 1.25-1.5 lbs. Brussel Sprouts cut in half
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2.5 tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. blasamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a 400 degree F. oven, place Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle with minced garlic and salt and pepper.
- Drizzle on the olive oil and mix to coat evenly. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until thoroughly cooked and leaves brown.
- Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar to taste, and toss lightly before serving.
