Ingredients
- 1 piece sweet potato very thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. rosemary finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 piece Cooking spray
Instructions
- Cover a microwave safe dinner plate with parchment paper, cutting paper to size.
- Coat the paper lightly with cooking spray.
- Arrange 1/4 of the potato slices in a single payer on the parchment.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 of the pepper, rosemary, and salt you've measured out.
- Microwave at Power level 9 for 4 min.
- Check for crispness.
- Continue to cook at 30 second intervals until done.
- Repeat with the reamining ingredients until all of the potato chips have been cooked.
