Ingredients
- 2 pieces granny Smith apples cored medium (cut in half)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 20 pieces raisins
- 1 tbsp granola sugar free
Instructions
- Remove the core from the apple and slice horizontally into rings.
- Sprinkle the inside of the top ring of the apple sandwich with cinnamon and spread the bottom half of the apple ring sandwich with a couple of teaspoons of the almond butter.
- Place 10 raisins on top of the almond butter and sprinkle with sugar free granola.
