Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Cut yams into french fry size pieces.
- Put olive oil in a zip lock bag and put the yam fries in the bag with the oil and shake and massage the bag to ensure they are all oil coated.
- Put yam fries on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
- Bake for 15 minutes. They should be golden brown.
- Once they're brown on one side, turn them to brown the other side - about another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Note: These are also great with dipping sauces!
