Ingredients
- 4 pcs eggs
- Salt and pepper to Taste
- 1 pc pepper Large (green, red, or yellow)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch paprika
Instructions
- Heat up the olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
- Cut the pepper into ring that are about 1/2 wide/thick. Clean out the veins and seeds.
- Place the pepper rings in the heated oil and crack an egg into the center.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cover the pan to cook for about 2 minutes (less time if you like softer yokes, longer if you like harder yokes.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika. Enjoy!
