Ingredients
- 1 pc Head Savoy Cabbage sliced into thin strips
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic fresh and minced
- 1 1/4 tbsp ginger fresh grated
- 1/4 tsp bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt Optional
- 1 pc lime juice
- 1 lb check breast cut into strips
- 1 tbsp tamari sauce (sugar-free)
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
Instructions
- Put 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add sliced chicken and tamari sauce and cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through (about 5 to 8 minutes).
- Set aside.
- In a large pot place 2 tbsp of sesame oil and bring to temp on med heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add cabbage, salt and pepper and stir until cabbage is wilted (about 8 minutes).
- Add garlic and celery and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger and stir for 1 minute.
- Take off heat and add lime juice and served immediately - cabbage on bottom and chicken on top. Enjoy!
