Ingredients
- 8 tbsp butter (1 stick), unsalted, softened
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp x lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 pcs fresh corn ears, shucked
Instructions
- Combine the butter, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro and salt in a bowl.
- Place the corn on a medium hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning regularly, as it browns.
- Put the dipping butter in an appropriate dish for rolling the corn in the butter.
- Garnish the corn with additional chopped cilantro and serve
