Ingredients
- 6 pcs kiwis peeled and halved
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 12 pcs watermelon chunks same size as kiwi chunks
- 1/4 cup mint fresh
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar balsamic
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh and squeezed
- pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine fruit and mint in a salad bowl.
- And served just as is with mint garnishes on top.
DRESSING (to be served on the side):
- In a small bowl or pitcher for pouring (I like to use a creamer pitcher) mix all the other ingredients.
- Be sure to add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
