Ingredients
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes can
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder or 1/2 cube vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 pieces basil leaves
- 2 servings pasta (gluten free ) of your choice
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, then gently brown for 1 min.
- Add in all the other ingredients, except the basil and pasta.
- Then bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
- To finish, tear the basil leaves, then stir into the sauce.
- Prepare pasta as directed and combine pasta and sauce right before serving.
