Ingredients
- 3 pieces eggs
- 2 pieces bananas ripe
- 1 can coconut milk (no sugar added)
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Bake at 350 degrees F.
- Put eggs, bananas, and coconut milk into a blender and blend.
- Place evenly into 6 single serving custard dishes.
- Top with cinnamon.
- Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a large rectangular baking pan and set the custard dishes in the water bath.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow the custard to cool in the water bath before refrigerating.
