Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (rolled)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butternut squash (roasted and cubed)
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 pc egg fried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil water with oats
- Stir occasionally until creamy and thick.
- Mix in spinach.
- Remove from the stovetop and add spices, squash, and pepper and salt to taste.
- Serve with the fried egg on top.
