Ingredients
- 2 cups cantaloupe (bite size) cubed (bite size)
- 2 cups watermelon (bite size) cubed seedless (bite size)
- 1 pc cucumber seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 lb. strawberries organic destemmed
- 1 tbsp lime juice fresh and squeezed
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients and half of strawberries in a food processor.
- Blend the ingredients until they are puréed.
- Cut up the remaining strawberries into bite sized pieces and blend into the soup.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
