Ingredients
SEASONING MIX FOR THE TACO MEAT:
- 1 lb ground beef lean
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD:
- Taco meat
- 2 cups Mixed greens per person (Re-fried Mexican style beans warmed in a pan)
- 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes (diced) per person
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) per person
- 1 tbs onions (diced) per person
- 1 dollop Sour Cream per person
- 1 tbsp salsa per person
Instructions
DIRECTIONS TO PREPARE TACO MEAT:
- Place ground beef and seasonings in a large skillet and blend.
- Cook over medium heat until meat starts to brown.
DIRECTIONS FOR TACO SALAD: (LAYER AS FOLLOWS)
- 3 tbsp of warmed re-fried beans spread on plate
- Next layer is greens
- Then meat - 1/2 cup per person
- Then diced tomatoes
- Then onions
- Then cheese
- Then salsa
- Then sour cream
- Then ENJOY!
