Ingredients
- 1 pc baguette gluten-free if necessary
- 4 pcs heirloom tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- olive oil extra-virgin, , for drizzling
- sea salt flaked
- black pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare the baguette by slicing lengthwise and then quarter the slices and toast.
- When the baguette slices are a golden brown, top the toast with thin slices of heirloom tomato, chopped fresh basil, and salt and pepper.
- For the final touch, drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
