1.25 to 1.5 lbs. Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
3 cloves garlic, minced
2.5 tbsp. olive oil
sald and pepper
1 to 2tbsp. blasamic vinegar
In a 400 degree F. oven, place Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle with minced garlic and salt and pepper. Drizzle on the olive oil and mix to coat evenly. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until thoroughly cooked and leaves brown. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar to taste, and toss lightly before serving.
