Ingredients
- 2 pcs peaches diced
- 1 pc tomato seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp red onion diced
- 1 pc chili pepper jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 6 pcs basil leaves large (chopped)
- 8 pcs mint leaves chopped
- 1 pc lime juiced
- pinch salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste.
- This salsa should be refrigerated for at least an hour to allow all the flavors to blend.
- Serve and enjoy!
